PROJECT BAR!

We live in an appartment for two, which is very standard,

the kitchen is very basic and not very pretty.

We used to sit in the living room all the time, while the stuff we love the most, 

is situated in the kitchen..

We wondered what to do, to make our kitchen more attractive

and easier to use..

Within a couple of minutes we came up with the idea of a bar..

and it worked!

NESPRESSO LIMITED EDITION!

Last week we went to lunch two hours away(you'll get a GREAT review tomorrow!)

and on our way back, we stopped at Bijenkorf to buy some new home stuff 

and also some Nespresso!

Always nice. We always feel sort of special at Nespresso, they give great service, always a cup of coffee, new items almost every month.. well, see the limited edition and other stuff we got last week!

Today, when we walked in to the Nespresso corner, it was

unusually, orange!

Nespresso is now launching their new flavour, LINIZIO LUNGO, a grand cru.

This is the bright colored LINIZIO LUNGO cup. A rich coffee flavour with a 'nutty' after..

This week was full of school, work, love and food!

As you (might) have seen, on Monday, M gave an AMAZING gift! 

 M was eating at work all week, JALOUS!?

A nice dinner together! Chicken with honey, sugar and a load of vegetables! 

C had some friends over, so she made dinner, risotto with asian beef... 

 C and her mom had a really great slice of home made apple pie @ Met Liefde

M started the day with some..(4) cups of coffee 

Our Nespresso cups needed a refill, so we went to Bijenkorf, and ofcourse, tried out some new flavours

This week was BUSY, C went to school(first week), M was working..

This mornings breakfast.. hmm

C had to do some excursions, this was served with coffee on 1 of the trips

C taking a bath, and without food and (food)magazines it's so boring..

C travels 3 hours to go from home to school, so she presses a nice bottle of juice every evening!

To show you what we do and eat during the day/week, we decided to keep a (food) diary for you!

This is our first one! Enjoy!

 Colorfull Nespresso cups!

We always have 3 or more of these bags of fresh tea, this one? Forest fruit.. 

We like to have a nice glass of fresh orange juice in the morning.. 

Guilty pleasure, eggs with truffel mayonnaise and ketchup(with a healthy glass and tea!) 

We invited some friends over for dinner, this is the table.. 

And the starter! Keep your eyes open for the whole 4-course dinner!

NESPRESSO, WHAT ELSE?!

Around Christmas, I got a gift. A voucher. WHAT to buy in a store that sells EVERYTHING?! Last year 

I got myself some clothes, books and food but now I wanted to share it with M. So we started thinking..

Glasses, plates, pans, books, interior things..

After a few days..(ahum.. hours) of thinking we sort of decided that we wanted to go for a Nespresso machine!

We did some research online and yesterday, while in Amsterdam, we waved the voucher goodbye and said HELLO! to our Nespresso machine!

Just a simple, classy, black macine. Accept from a kitchanaid and oven, our kitchen is quite complete now! Really Happy!
