PROJECT BAR!

We live in an appartment for two, which is very standard,

the kitchen is very basic and not very pretty.

We used to sit in the living room all the time, while the stuff we love the most, 

is situated in the kitchen..

We wondered what to do, to make our kitchen more attractive

and easier to use..

Within a couple of minutes we came up with the idea of a bar..

and it worked!

HUGE DIARY #5

After a few really busy weeks(but with food and drinks ofcourse) we have got a VERY full

food diary for you!

Let's start!

Busy times, so we chose to pick up some sushi! Really nice to finally use the new sushi sticks, that C got on VDAY 

C at school, wine tastings every week.. 

M made some sushi at work, but different!

And here's M again, really creative at work, homemade paté..

Bar moscOw just opened in town, we had to go see!

C always brings fresh juice and yoghurt with superfruits to school, little bit of help to focus

We went to M's BFF, while M&E were playing xbox, C did some cookies!

When we left at C's mom, she gave us a nice dry sausage. M LOVES!

Ohhhh finally MACARONS! We went to Amsterdam and by the next day the whole box was empty already. Time to go back!

HOTSPOT: VILLA COPERA

WOW! What a night!

2 months ago we decided to go to Villa Copera with our voucher.

C knows the chef(and his lovely daughter) but never went there before.. (shame on me)

Last Sunday, it was finally time!

To start! An orange liquor with cava and some bread from a local windmill

DINNER TIME

A week ago, we invited some friends over for dinner. We would take care of the food,

our guests would bring the wine...

We started off with some olives, crispy fish and some cheese and my favourite summer drink(yes, I'm aware of the fact that it's winter). 

The drink? Hugo! (I'll post the recipe any time possible)

After that, we went to the table..

Cranberry paté with toasted raisin/apple bread, compote of raisins and sirup
