PESTO MAKEN!

Nadat we het gisteren over basilicum schreven,

dachten we meteen aan pesto!

Het is eigenlijk een van de meest makkelijke recepten ooit(vinden wij dan)
want het enige dat je nodig hebt is:

- Blender

- Parmezaanse kaas

- Olijfolie

- Potje

(- Eigenlijk horen er ook pijnboompitten in, maar Carlijn is erg allergisch, dus dat leek ons niet heel verstandig)

Hierna is het een kwestie van gevoel en smaak!

Vul de blender met 1,5 volgroeide basilicum plant en voeg klein gesneden kaas en olie toe

tot het een mooie egale massa is. Voeg naar smaak eventueel nog wat peper en zout toe en giet het over in 

het potje naar wens!

We eat risotto at least once a week, we have our own signature

dish, we actually never change it.. shame on us...

A few days ago we tried something new,

in the FoodWeLove box we got 2 weeks ago, we found a lot of

great risotto ingredients, and we used them in our last risotto!

RECIPE: GREEN VEGETABLES & GOATSCHEESE!

Last night, C was eating alone and was feeling for something

green and white.

And because it was VERY good, she wants to share the recipe...

What you need?

- Green asperagus

- Courgette

- Mushrooms(any sort you like)

- Paksoi

- Teriyaki (I like honey and garlic) or soy sauce

- Goats cheese

- Honey(C chose the Lindenhoning we got out of our April FoodWeLove box)

- Gas burner

SLWW AGAIN!
